How we handle your details
Prepared with regard to Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
Your full name, email address, contact number and residential area (neighbourhood or nearby landmark). We do not collect index numbers, IDs, passwords, dates of birth, photographs or exact addresses.
Why we collect it
To organise a ClassRoute student directory for GSL Main Campus and, in a future phase, to help students living in similar areas coordinate journeys. We will not use your details for marketing.
Who can see it
Only authorised ClassRoute administrators. Your details are never shown on a public page. In any future connection feature, contact details will only be shared after you explicitly accept a request.
How we protect it
Records are stored in a secured database with strict access controls. Administrative changes are logged.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the current academic year, or until you ask us to delete it. [Retention period to be confirmed]
Your rights
